By accessing or using Be Ready 2 Drive ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Be Ready 2 Drive provides online learning content to help users prepare for UK driving theory and practical tests. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share, resell, or redistribute any course content.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to premium content requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a weekly basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. AI Assistant Usage Limits

The AI Driving Assistant is available to all active subscribers. To ensure fair and reliable access for all users, the following usage limit applies:

• Each user may send up to 15 questions per day to the AI Assistant.
• This limit resets daily at midnight.
• This limit applies across all subscription tiers (Gold, Platinum, and Diamond).
• We reserve the right to adjust usage limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including videos, course materials, mock tests, and branding, is the intellectual property of Be Ready 2 Drive. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Our content is designed to support your learning journey but does not guarantee passing any driving test. Be Ready 2 Drive is not responsible for the outcome of any official DVSA theory or practical test.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Ready 2 Drive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
